Avaya Professional Credential Target – this workshop is a key learning opportunity for the Avaya Professional Design Specialist (APDS) and Avaya Professional Sales Specialist (APSS)
credentials and prepares participants for the APDS Avaya Midmarket Solutions (3M02401A) and Avaya Contact Center Solutions for IP Office (4700T) On-Line Tests.

This class is designed for Sales and Pre-Sales staff with experience of Avaya Midmarket Solutions.
It will enable them to fully understand the applications and be able to design a midmarket solution
to meet the customers’ needs.
During the class, participants will:
· Review the IP Office hardware – IP 500 components, cards and modules, wired and wireless
handsets, network and resiliency, based on the latest Server Edition solution
· Understand the functions and positioning of Avaya Midmarket Solutions – Video (Scopia),
Security (Session Border Controller, Identity Engines) and Networking (Stackables, Fabric and WLAN)
· Introducing Contact Center Solutions for IP Office – understand Avaya Contact Center
capabilities (IP Office Contact Center and Avaya Contact Center Select), identify target
customers and learn the key qualification questions to recognise business opportunities
