Our RA (Return Authorisation) policy is designed to be as convenient for you as possible.

Returns Conditions
- The issue of a RA number is only authorisation for the goods to be returned to ScanSource Communications Europe (RA is not authorisation for credit).
- All Out of Box failures (DOA) must be returned as supplied including all cables, disks etc. Any goods received incomplete will be returned and charged to you.
- In the event of no fault found, goods will be returned and will incur a carriage charge. If a replacement has been supplied, both the replacement and the original goods will be invoiced in full and remain payable
- All goods ordered in error will be liable to a 15% handling fee.
- Goods must be returned to ScanSource Communications Europe within 7 days of RA being issued
- All goods for credit must be returned in perfect condition and with the RA number clearly visible on outer packing (the product box must not be marked/ damaged in any way)
- A signed copy of the RA request must be received back at ScanSource Communications Europe prior to any goods being returned.
