RETURNS POLICY
Our RMA (Return Material Authorisation) policy is designed to be as convenient for you as possible.
DOA-RMA
If a product arrives "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), please contact the Customer Service team immediately, then complete the RMA form.
DOA Policies vary by vendor. We will assist you in applying the manufacturer's policy and help you get the process started.
Please note that RMA numbers are only valid for thirty days and all products received without an RMA number will be returned unopened.
