ScanSource Communications Europe Revamps Solution Centre

ScanSource Communications Europe has upgraded its Cologne-based Solution Centre, a non-operating data centre featuring products from the value-added distributor's key vendor partners in the IT infrastructure area. Resellers can access the centre remotely or on-site to test product combinations and provide live demonstrations to their customers showing how the various components of an IT networking solution interact.

The ScanSource Communications Europe Solution Centre is based on Data Centre Infrastructure from APC by Schneider Electric and exhibits products available through ScanSource from Avaya, Audiocodes, Extreme Networks, Juniper, Polycom, Plantronics, LifeSize and APC by Schneider Electric, among others, providing a full networking solution for resellers.

ScanSource on the Road with Avaya IPO & Data Bootcamps

ScanSource Communications Europe continued its successful information and training events in Germany throughout February and March, visiting five different locations and welcoming 109 attendees to its Avaya Bootcamps. This free roadshow event, managed by ScanSource University, is designed to give resellers the opportunity to complete the certifications they need to be authorised to sell Avaya solutions.

ScanSource Communications Europe has announced an enhancement to its recently launched Professional Services offering in the UK with the provision of ShoreTel installation and maintenance services.
