• Confirming that the old ShoreTel Blue switch is included in the rebate program
• Purchasing a new switch during the rebate period (April 2010 - September 2010)
• Filling out and submitting the special rebate form
• Sending in the old switch
As long as the switch meets the criteria of an old ShoreTel "blue" switch your customer will receive a $500US rebate per switch.
