Who needs to become Polycom Certified?
All resellers who wish to sell Polycom products are required to complete the Certification requirements to become certified. Our Certification Program is designed to give our channel partners the skills and ability to support end-user customers at the highest level of sales, service and support.

This includes:

Value-Added Resellers that buy directly from Polycom
National Resellers that buy directly from Polycom
Dealers that buy through Polycom's network of distributors

How do resellers/dealers become Polycom Certified?

Wait for Polycom to e-mail your company's Certification Administrator concerning the approval of your initial application. You will not be able to proceed until you receive this approval.
Attend sales and technical Training courses*
Pass sales and technical Tests*
Purchase Demo Equipment
Renew Certification Annually
